Dear Sir, Madam,
I am writing to complain about a great night when was destroyed in your restaurant. Although you were my first choice to celebrate every specific ceremony, I decide to alter my opinion.
Actually my family gathered to celebrate my grandfather's birthday last night. Based on the high quality of your meals, I suggested your location to provide an unforgettable night for him but we were surprised by unpleasant dishes.
At first, they were placed on the table separately, while we ordered to be served in the equal time. Besides lack of time management, all steaks were raw and bloody although well done was requested and changing dishes was refused by waiters, when we asked them. Moreover, finding a black and wavy hair in pasta was disgusting and shaming for such a luxury and costly restaurant.
Regarding to all family were dissatisfied and because we are planning to have another party in different location, I inquire to refund.
Since numerous restaurants have been established in your area, your customers will be declined if you do not mention complains and resolve them.
