Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in connection with my visit to your restaurant last week. I faced plenty of problems while eating dinner with my wife. Since it was her birthday, we had special plans for the night but they were ruined by a miserable dinner.
The ingredients of the dishes seemed stale especially the cheese that we were served in starters. We had to chew it continuously over long period of time before swallowing. Even a common item like lentils tasted poorly containing very high amount of salt. Though the food was served within short time, but almost each one of those seemed like they were semi-cooked.
I believe you should talk to your cook so that he or she can ensure that only properly cooked food is served to the table. Secondly, I felt the food was cooked beforehand and was only heated to serve us quickly. This led to some key raw materials tasting like they were not fresh which does not suit the image of high price restaurant like yours. Once cooked, your team should also check if the basic composition of food is balanced by checking level of salt, spice and other such items.
