I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint regarding the meal, which had served to me & my family, was inadequate to eat.
Your restaurant has been playing a significant role, while our family function is concerned. On each ceremony, we used to choose your restaurant in compare with other restaurants nearby. Nevertheless, Last Sunday, 6th April the things went wrong when my family & I went there for dinner on the event of my marriage anniversary.
Indian cuisine, Chicken Biriyani, which we have ordered, is the most popular cuisine in your restaurant. However, this time, the taste is not up to the par. Moreover, the chicken was not fresh; it might be two to three days older and having a pungent smell.
Finally, my precious evening ended up with an atrocious dinner. Though the precious moment and time can't get backed, at least the chef and staff should get a lesson for serving the worst quality food, and my entire expenditure should be reimbursed.
I hope you will take adequate actions for a horrifying experience, that occurred to your one of the loyal customer.
