You took your family to a nearby restaurant. You were disappointed with the meal and wish to complain to the manager.

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you with regards to my last visit at your restaurant.

Two days ago my family and I visited your restaurant to celebrate my birhtday. As I have been to your place many times and know your menu very well. I decided that your restaurant will be the best for the event.

Firstly, I would like to thank to John for his great sens fo humor and extremely high level of customer service. He makes our visit unforgettable.

Secondly, I want to express my dissatisfaction about a dish that we have ordered that day.

We ordered fisherman's basket with chips and jug of coke, but we shocked to discover that the fish in our serving was undercooked. After complaining about it to the manager, we were told that the restaurant had run out of shripms- not a best excuse for such a good restaurant a such a bad product. You must understand my disappointment and frustration when my family and I had to leave the restaurant with empty stomach.

My intention in writing this letter is to help you to avoid the situation like that in the future.

Yours faithfully,

Tomasz Zawadzki
