My name’s Minal Kapadia and I am working in Sales department as Manager Sales since March 24, 2018. As per the employee development programme I would like to nominate myself for “Leadership in VUCA World” course by prestigious college ISB College in Pune.
It is a 2 years part-time course comprising of 4 semester and each semester will cover 3 subjects. The lectures will be conducted by well-known industry experts who have over 15 years of experience. This course will polish leadership skills of individuals and teaches business sustainability under uncertain and volatile market situation.
As you are aware, I am leading a 10 member team and this course will help me sharpen my leadership and team management skills and also help me attain my sales target which in turn will accelerate the company’s profit.
Since it is a part-time course, the classes will be conducted during weekends for 3 hours. Please be rest assure that by enrolling for this course, my work schedule will not be hampered.
Enclose with this letter is the course hand-out. Request you to please consider my request. Post your approval will enroll for the course. The last date for enrollment is October 31, 2019.
