I am writing to thank you, about the full support, knowledge and experience that we received from your staff, who guided us all the trip, he was so helpful both him and his team.
We had a one-week tour in the mountains of Himalaya in Nepal, we walked more than 200km, moving between valleys, villages and mountains. The tour guide introduced us on all the cultures and traditions of each place we stop in it, even we had the opportunity to eat most of the local food.
However, the tour guide was so professional and had a large information about the places in this country. The man is so gentleman and kind, he assisted everyone by answering all the questions professionally and in a respectful way.
Moreover, our group and I we suggest and recommend promoting your guide tour to a higher position, addition to raise in salary. Inside this envelope, there is another thankful letter from us to the tour guide, we would like to deliver it to him.
