I have recently been to the Penang trip with your travel company and your excellent staff service has made it a wonderful experience for me. Thus, I am writing this letter to appreciate your incredible service and especially the tour guide Mr. Smith.
To begin with, it was a 4 days 3 nights trip to Penang starting from 4th December. Furthermore, his impeccable fluency in the local languages helped us to interact with native people and exchange cultural thoughts.
Considering his expertise, I must say he is a valuable asset to your organization and deserves the recognition of his good work. Therefore, I would like to suggest that you ought to give him either a promotion with an increment in remuneration or a performance bonus for his commendable work. This will only appreciate his work but also motivate others to follow his footsteps.
