Dear Sir or Madam,

I have recently been to the Penang trip with your travel company and your excellent staff service has made this a wonderful experience. Thus, I am writing this letter to appreciate your incredible service and especially the tour guide Mr. Smith.

It was a 4 days 3 nights trip to Penang starting from 4th December. It was an educational tour, therefore, it was vital to have a knowledgeable guide with us and certainly to provided a qualified staff to suffice the purpose.

Mr. Smith was our tour guide for the entire trip. Right from day 1 he was full of enthusiasm and helped us in every aspect during our journey. We visited various places on this trip, and at each place, Mr. Smith gave a detailed insight into Penang culture and helped us to discover more about the place. Furthermore, he was so fluent in speaking local languages which greatly helped us to explore flora and fauna of Penang.

I must say he is a valuable asset to your organization and deserves the recognition of his good work. Therefore, I would like to suggest that you ought to give him either promote him to a higher position along with an incremental remuneration or a performance bonus for his commendable work. This will only appreciate his work but also motivate others to follow his footsteps.

Once again thank you for awesome service and I hope you will consider my suggestions towards your staff seriously.

Yours Faithfully,

Pallavi Chaudhari
