I am writing a letter to inform you that I run into a problem. The Dongle modem which I use for having access to external portals from home, does not work. I was working suddenly it turned off and I could not turn it on.
Since I should provide my boss with a report on a weekly basis, I need to have access to reporting portal and upload a report. In addition, new product will be launched tomorrow. Therefore, I should write some codes in order to everything will be ready for launching new product.
I would like to mention that since the modem has three years guarantee, I prefer to send it to your shop. Also, I can contact your representative in company and explain the problem, if it might need. I hope you will arrange everything as soon as possible.
I am looking forward your answer.
Yours sincerely,
