Dear Sir or Madam,
I am working as a Senior Architect in FYI and my company had ordered a dozen of Dell keyboards from your company for our employees who are working out from home. I have been facing issues with it since past two days. The keyboard buttons- Ctrl, Shift and Enter do not seem to work appropriately. There is a glitch when I am trying to use those keys as they get stuck for a while and I have to hard press the buttons to get them working.
I am not able to complete my deadlines on time due to which I have to work round the clock most of the times. I am trying to use it to my advantage but it is not working out me as those keys play an important part while I am using design software.
I would appreciate if the company do something about it at the earliest so as to not hamper my work. If you could replace the existing keyboard with better functioning one that would be highly appreciated.
