Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about a printer I recently purchased from your shop.
I bought an HP printer with model number GLK10398, from your downtown branch on 15th June. I was extremely disappointed by the product as it never worked properly. Firstly, after printing a paper, it shows an error message and after that, it shuts down. In addition, printed papers are of very low quality as words are not readable.
I am a writer working from home. In my line of profession requires a lot of printouts which I use to do the editing and reading. But now I am not able to continue my work and meet the deadlines as I am crippled by the printer.
I request immediate action on this complain. It is in warranty so I prefer it to be replaced with a new working printer of the same model.
