Dear sir or madam,

I am writing this letter to complain about my laptop malfunction, which I brought it from your shop last week.

I’m a graphic designer, working as a character analyzer in Kreativyard design firm, whereas I have the authority to work from home. Last Sunday, when I had updated the operating system to the latest version, then after, the laptop started hanging rapidly on every short interval.

As a result, the hanging issue creating a substantial delay in my workflow. I have the deadline to submit my project and I am totally stuck in doing so in time.

I would like you to send a programmer to my address so that he could remove the unwanted bugs from the operating system or Alternatively, restore it to the previous version of OS.

I hope you will consider my request foremost and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
