Dear Sir,
As you are aware of the fact that we would be having a new headquarter for our company, based out in our current nation, I am writing this letter to express my interest to visit the current head office in Bangladesh to get some experience.
Being an IT based company, it is of utmost importance for us to stay ahead of our competitors. And for that, I would like to visit the existing main office in Dhaka for 6 months to understand the operations and gain some meaningful insights, which can help us to come up with better strategies, while shifting to a new location.
Last month Mr. Vinod was promoted from Assistant Manager to Project Manager, and thus, he knows all the work that I intend to do. He constantly assisted me while being my assistant and has proved to do wonders. With him on board, all our dead lines would be met before time, without affecting the quality and performance.
Now, I do realize that it is difficult on your part to make our seniors agree about my request, but it will prove out to be one of the smart strategies as I have come up with an adequate plan for our new product line, resulting in cost reduction by up to 30%. This is possible only when I get to go to overseas office.
If you can, then please help in making this trip possible as it will not only help our company to grow, but would also make meaningful contribution for society.
