Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the rise in monthly instalment of my car insurance.
I purchased my ford mustang v6 model of red colour on 25/12/2008 with an agreement of 8 years of regular payback to National Insurance. While signing official documents of insurance, the manager explained me the terms and conditions and there was no mention of increase in instalment over the time period.
It is of utmost importance that my monthly budget has certain limitations and I need to cope up with them constantly. If I pay the insurance agency over my budget, this will lead me to financial crisis. Moreover, Car is old now and I do not think it’s worth paying the increased instalment.
I want to request you to consider my situation closely. Additionally, my friend planning to buy a new family SUV vehicle by next year and I will surely recommend your firm for insurance services.
I hope you will consider my humble request and opt for prompt reply.
