Dear Sir,
Being an employee of A & K Law Firm, I am penning down this letter to inquire about the amenities for a training session that we tend to organize in your centre.
Apparently, I have heard quite applauding comments about your centre which attracted me to host this special session of our staff in this centre. The event constitutes a training session on Staff personality development by some renowned personalities of our realm considering the need of good marketing rapport.
As this is a course for our whole staff, we would be requiring seating arrangement of 200 people. Additionally, a projector along with speakers and wireless microphone are needed for conducting this seminar. A white broad should also be kept on the platform or stage.
Apart from these apparatus, I would like to ask some questions related to cooling system as the scorching heat is making the people uncomfortable thus an effective air conditioning system is a mandate. Would you be assisting us in arranging the morning tea followed by a lunch? Or I should consider doing it on my behalf. I would like to get the revert accompanied with the quotation of this event at the earliest.
