Dear Mike,
I'm writing this to tell you that I'm am unable to go a cinema hall with you. I am extremely sorry for this and thank you for all the arrangements that you have made. The reason why I suddenly have to change my decision is that some researchers from Korean Research Centre are coming to my lab for doing the experiment related with the fatigue strength of Aluminum. Therefore, I must stay with them to get the experiment going.
Instead of me, if you like, I recommend you Mr. Ram Singh whom you can go to see the movie. He is very friendly person and easily approachable. It has been 6 months since I have known him and he is now my best friend at the University.
In fact, both of you have similar choices for the movies. Like you, he fancy watching Sci-Fi movies. As far I know, the movie what you have booked is related with space time travel; hence, I believe both of you can enjoy it.
I would like to apologize for not being able to go with you. I hope you'll go with Ram and have fun together.
