Firstly, having a license has few benefits. Namely, having a proof as photo ID apart from the flexibility to drive. Besides, the license can help you be insured based on the location.
Secondly, I can refer you to a good driving tutor who taught me the skill to drive. He is Mr. James from AMD Driving School. Recently he has increased his scope of area to teach so place should not be a problem.
At last, I would suggest you take 2 lessons from him and come to my place. You can practice using my car as much as you need. This will help you save a few dollars. Let me know whenever you are ready.
