Dear Mrs Jessica,
I am writing this letter in response to your complaint regarding the noise you have been experiencing from my apartment for the last couple of days. I completely understand your concern and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that I have made to you and your immediate family.
As you know, we are doing some renovation at our house considering some upcoming family program. As part of this, we are moving our furniture from one room to another and performing repainting the walls. Because my house is quite big and it is having three bedrooms, the interior decorating process is taking longer time than expected. To make the matter worse, the hired technicians are sometimes dragging their ladders inconsiderately, resulting in an unbearable noise experienced at your flat which is just under my floor.
However, I have already made a plan to troubleshoot this soon after getting your letter. I decided to hire more workforce to accomplish the task as soon as possible and I will also make sure that the process runs only during the office hours so that no one will be there at your home to be disturbed.
I again regret the disturbances during this process and I really appreciate the tolerance you have shown from the inception of the refurbishment of my domicile.
