Dear Mark,
I write this letter in response to concerns regarding noise from my house and also to apologize once again for the inconvenience caused by us in the last couple of days.
I had circulated a notice, apologizing in advance, earlier this week along with specifications, that a sick person needs to be taken care of by us. Owing to her mentally in-stability we are unable to control her voice.
I can assure you that, this living arrangement is only a temporary measure.
The person who is affected is a close relative of mine and that we have already finalised a place with a medical facility to take care of her. kindly consider this letter as a personal apology and bare with us for a few days as the medical facility is currently full. We have been given a tentative time for her admission in the next 10 days.
I conclude with the hope that I have explained myself and you would be considerate of my situation. I welcome any suggestion which could mutually beneficial.
