In our village, many school children and working people were depending on your bus service for
reaching their respective destinies. But for the past two weeks, we are facing some issues with
your existing service. This letter has been sent to you to highlight some problems and require
your intervention in these issues and solutions as quickly as possible.
The allotted bus is not arriving on time, reaching our point 15 minutes delay and it is not in
perfect running condition so it is getting repaired on the way many times. In the meanwhile, due
to some mechanical issues in the bus the driver driving it slowly and reaching the destination
very late.
Because of this timing and poor condition of your bus leads to many complications to many of
us who travel regularly in that. Especially, due to this delay, I’m reporting late to my work. In this
last two weeks I reported to my office 3 times late.
So I suggest you to replace the existing bus with a new one or good conditioned one so that your
bus driver may adhere the timing and we all will reach our destiny on time.
