Dear Mr.Brown,
Hello! Hope this letter finds you in radiant health and the best of the spirits. I am inscribing this piece of epistle to express sincere apology for the incovenience inflicted due to our behavior yesterday. The reason behind noise was the welcoming house party as we moved in this flat last week.
Frankly speaking, it was a surprise party by our beloved friends and we were not aware regarding the arrangments. Since, it has been only 4 days in this apartment thus we were not familiar with the rules and regulation of the scoiety. Onwards from now we will keep such important things in consideration.
Undoubtedly, in the time of emergency neighbour is the first companion for support. Therefore to maintain a cordial and collaborative relations with you, i will try to put efforts not to distrube your surroundings again. It would be highly appreciable if you accept my apology and lets have new start.
I anticipate this incident would not stand in the way of our friendship.
