The main purpose of public libraries should be to provide books. Public libraries should not spend their limited resources on computer software, videos or DVDs. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
The main purpose of public libraries were to give access of books to communities and should not look into having technological items such as computer softwares, videos or DVDs in libraries due to limited support. However, I disagree with the public libraries focusing on only providing hardcopy books as technological items can also provide useful information to the community.
There are manifold points to shore up my views. First and foremost, the advancement of technology today has been a norm and necessity for our society. The use of computer and other gadgets has highly been promoted to ease our daily routine especially for students and teenagers. For examples, study by Acer International showed that 95% of college students owns a computer and uses it for basic research for their assignment and thesis. It simplify the search of information and resources for the students rather than going thru hardcopy books which in turn utilizes a huge amount of time. The search can be done with a click of a button and access thru the world wide web.
Besides that, the establishment of libraries are to provide knowledge and resources for local communities. Having easier access can encourage and help train people on the use of technology for some that is unable to afford this luxury. By doing this, equal basic knowledge of use is easily accessible by all levels. For instances, public libraries in Australia provide access to computer, music album and DVDs for public to have proof to be a great success to train elderly in computer knowledge such as basic access to news and journals online. Furthermore, multifarious original music albums and DVDs available for loan indirectly also benefits the local music and filming industry to reduce piracy videos and illegal downloads.
In conclusion, public libraries need to work to provide accessibility to communities as technological gadgets has now become a norm which we cannot live without.

Goverments in some countires are given financial support to other countries despite of they have already poverty, enconomic development,other other several prominent issues.I completely agree with that governments should not be needed to give aid other countries until these problems will be resolved by them.This will be proven by analyzing why they must be focused their on public rather than giving aid to other countries and governments should be taken vital measurements for their public. There are number of different reasons why they must be focused their own masses.
firstly they have a vast majority of people public that they are facing immense difficuilities and problems.For example people do not have a much more resources for spend on their living standard and other basic facilities like health, education,food,water,transport,unemployment e.t.c Secondly the major reason of these problems and issues is economic development which this can be majority of people are affected badly for instance people don't have employment to earn their meal for three times in per day.Finally the root of these problems bad and poor planning of governments that they are pushing their people into these crisis and situation.Hence,in the polices of governments first priority is their own people rather they spend their limited sources to the help of other countries. In order to solved these problems vital measurement should be taken by governments.
In my opinion if they govenments have been all these problematic crisis such as economic develonment,lack of health care center ,houseless people , no modern and well equiped education institutions or other basic facilities that are always be neccessary for the surveillance for themeslves therefore governents should be taken into account and make many authentic and practical things for them.As well i also would suggest to governments they should be worked for the progress of their own countries people in this case people will be become more and more prosperous within their own countries. for example goverments must be provided free education, and remove unemployment ,and build a new hospitals,hygenic food e.t.c so there is no doubt if these things will be done efficently by then thus the life of indvidual and whole public will be improved.
After analyayzing the areas of governments negligence and poor polices of them how they have bad impacts on their masses lives.In conculsion of this i agree with that idea governments first priority their own public rather than they help and support to countries.
