As compared to the past years, the behavior and approach of the organizations about the employees changed drastically. By this, some organizations believe that their employees should dress smartly while others claim that the quality of work matters rather an appearance. I totally agree with the first statement but there are some more points are consider which I discuss above.

In one hand, the knowledge and experience in any field depend upon the grasping power of an employee. The working style and their consistency of doing work are emphasized upon how the employee has an idea of completing the task. For example, Generally, In the interviews, the employers asked trickiest and creative questions to know the employee working consideration, if they are a smart worker or a hard worker. To specify, the employees who are creative, different in thinking and ideas and have good skills to manage the projects timely benefit the companies overall growth. But, In the present era, only hustle for work it not the only consideration to test the capacity and behavior of the employee.

On the other hand, the well-dressed and mannered personality jobbers are more attractive to talk with at any company. To illustrate, the workers who are uninformed and have a formal outlook gain more respect, faith, and reliability from the customers. They have confidence and enough caliber to solve the problems or suggest ideas when they feel fresh, energetic and comfortable. However, it also shows the companies status and brand through the employee's behavior and personality coding as a dressing sense generalized by the customers. For example, Likewise, when you go to the showroom of BIBA, L.G or any other, the customer representative always wear a formal Pant-Shirt and hang an id card to show their employability. This gives an insight to the customers about company's reputation and presents as a trustable brand to buy products and if they get any problem, default, fraud or any type of issue than they directly come over to that particular shop or the sales representative to complain and solve the problem. Furthermore, it does not only create the positivity among employees but also it establishes a strong image of the company in the outside world.

In conclusion, I support that rather only improving the quality of work, organizations need to focus on employees development and on the other factors which can grow the overall efficiency of workers and Companies.
