Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to give advice on the decision of spending funds in our town.
First choice of sponsoring children's sports team has many benefits. The team is competent enough to bring champions trophy back home. This will definitely make our town proud. Sponsorship to this team will also encourage other children to start investing their leisure time in different sports.
On the other hand, supporting concerts in the area will also bring a few positive aspects. Our town has no entertainment or activities for spare time so concerts would allow people to feel refreshed. Open air sitting will also provide an opportunity to enjoy the pleasant weather of spring season.
In my opinion, utilizing funds for children team will be a wise decision because it would bring long term benefits to our community and a positive impact on other children as well.
I hope this letter will help you in taking the right decision.
