In contemporary epoch, uniform have been playing crucial role for enterprise. It is rgued by some people that whether wearing uniform to employees are required or not. I would discuss not merely merits but also demerits of it in the forthcoming paragraphs with conclusion at last.
To embark, the first and the foremost advantage of it is: not only employees will recognise their tremnedous post in their company, but also staff would enhance the reputation of the corporation among the folks by leaps and bounds. For instance, nowadays, people, who are working either worker or manger, wear informal clothes. If staffs would wear a particular uniform including label of company as well as uniform code, employees would identify their post in firms easily, since formal clothes, along with tie would be weared by the manager of the business. Whereas, labourer are not wearing tie as well. Consequently, it is beneficial for individual besides enterprise.
However, there are some disadvantages that staffs would not concentrate ontheir essesntiol works which are playing pivotal role for corporation. To illustrate, uniform of the company have been weared by employees on daily basis. Most of the staffs will fill uncomfortable in particular uniform. Due to that, individuals would fill boredom. Thus, staffs might be concentrated on the indispencable work of the office. As a result, it might be affected on spectacular business. Moreover, it might be fatal for workmen who are working on marvellous machine. For example, majority of the enterprise will offer to wear tie during the working day. If workmen will wear tie inspite of doing work on machine, it might be came inside the machine. Hence, it may be hazardious for labourers.
To recapitulate, I personally aver that although uniform of compnay have been playing significant role for it, weaknesses are more vis a vis strengths.
