Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? It is more enjoyable to have a job where you work only three days a week for long hours than to have a job where you work five days a week for shorter hours.
Use specific reasons and example to support answer.

It is generally accepted that people need to have a reseaonable hours for working during the day. Some people believe that working five days a week for less hours is much more better that working three days for long hours; nevertheless, other people do not think so. However, it is challanging for us to prefer one to another because both of them have their advantages and disadvantages. As a matter of fact, there are numerous reasons why working five days during a week is more attractive, and I would explore only a few primary ones here.
In the beginning, the first aspect to point is that working in a sutiable time leads to increase people's productivity in their career due to the fact that they will not be tired during the work day. In fact, work hours should be defined according to some significant features of people includes not only power but also energy. For example, tow group of workers with different work hours are examined in other to find a apt hours that they have a maximum amount of prodactivity for working during a day. After that, some workers ,who had worked more that 12 hours, have lowest amount of yield. Hence, paying attention to time that people will work is critical.
Second, the most persuasive point is that tow days in a week is enough for every people to spend their time with family. Also increasing this time to more days will has some disadvantages such as the lack of sufficent focus on work. To illustrate this point only needs refer to a car company where their workers have to work for long time during the day, even if they have around four day as holiday. Given this issue, every week when they come back of holiday, they were not acpable of concentrating on their work. Thus, if free day during the day is extended to more than tow days, it would leads to creat some problems for people.
From what has been dusscused above, we may safely draw the conclusion that people should have an approprite work hours; therefore, enhancing people's output and having a great time to spend with family are considerable factors in work conditions.

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
