Do you prefer watching TV programs for knowledge or just for entertainmen

In our modern era that we encounter the lack of time to dedicate to boosting ourselves knowledge, in addition; by improving ourselves we are able to improve our level at work, by turning a blind eye to those who support or repudiate the contention, I lean towards the fact that it is both cost and time-effective for us to watch television in order to learn things instead of just entertainment. There are conspicuous reasons which will be elaborated as follows.
The first and foremost notion which I assert is that, due to our hectic lifestyle that we have just a few hours free for ourselves, it is authentically vital to dedicate our time on learning things and if we want to watch television it will a wise decision to watch the informative programs. These kinds of programs inform us of a variety of subjects. In addition, by developing our knowledge in our free time, we will able to promote our job because we have more information and knowledge about a variety of subjects. I have a personal example expanding on follows. About years ago, at my first job, I had lots of stuff to do and the work time was eight hours. When I came home after work I dedicate time to watching some useless programs on TV. One of my colleagues that hire at the same time as I just got a promotion, he said to me that he was spending his time on his thriving by watching practical programs in his free time. As soon as I started to watch particular programs boosting my experience and informing me, I got a promotion from the firm. To make a long story short it is a good and effective way to develop our knowledge of rages of subjects.
The layer reason that I insight is that watching profitable programs on television is cost-effective. Instead of going to lots of classes to develop our knowledge about a specific major, it is cost-effective to learn it from home through various practical programs that are free on television. Besides, we can reduce our transportation expenses due to the fact that we stay at home and we do not have to pay for communal transportation services in order to go to the class. Statistics show that people who are more self-learning from home and with free apps and programs through television have more untouched money at the end of the month and are able to spend them on their debts.
To make a long story short, watching utilitarian programs not only will flourish us but also it is cost and time effective for us. In the end, time is like a piece of gold we should not squander it.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
