Grades encourage students to work harder at school. Do you agree or disagree? Use specific reasons and examples to support your opinion.
It is critically important to know if the grades encourage students to study hard at school or not. I subscribe to the idea of keeping the grading .system to motivate the students to study hard at school. I feel this way for two reasons which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, there is no doubt that the grading system is the best way to measure student' performance. The grades would show teachers the performance level of each pupil. Therefore, professors will be able to decide if one of the students needs more attention or the professors need to reform their way to be more accessible to students. My experience demonstrates this concept. When I was in college, in the first semester, in the chemistry class, the professor gave us a twenty questions exam to assess our level. When the results were revealed, around 70% of the students failed. As a result, the professor decided to simplify the subject. At the final exam, it was 80% had been succeeded.
Secondly, I strongly believe that grades are a kind way to show appreciation for students. As most of the students are working so hard to succeed in school, It is a pleasant way to give them the desirable grades. For sure that would prompt them to work harder not only students but also teachers. For example, I remember during my school journey, I used to study math very well. So I have always been getting A+ which inspired me to practice more.
To sum up, in my opinion, it is far better to use the grading system to encourage students to study hard. Additionally, the professor would have the ability to appraise his or her pupils. In the other hand, that is a kind of appreciation to students to please them and give them a push to work more and more.

We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
