Some people like to keep a record of their own experiences by uploading pictures and other information to social-networking sites. Other people prefer not to create such records.Which approach do you prefer, and why?
In today's modern world, with the development of the technology people tend to use social media and deferent platforms for being touch with others. Some people prefer to keep a record of their pictures and other information of their daily life in the social media. However, others disagree with this idea. From my point of view keeping our pictures and videos on our social account is a great idea. I feel this way because of two main reasons which i will express in the following essay.
First of all, most of the photos and videos that uploaded in the social media account are about people daily and current life, and they can be great memory in the future. They can take memorable pictures from different places they go for vacation or record a great video from their new born baby or from their wedding. After while, when they check their account, they feel great about that memories. Moreover, when people uploaded these pictures in their social media account they can keep it for long time without difficulty. For instance, taking picture is one of my hobbies and most of the time when I go to special places such as trip or party; I take picture from these memorable times and share it in my Instagram. 4 years ago I went to hiking trip with my family to Isfahan, one of our countries historical city, I took lots of pictures from various historical places such as mosques, museums, palace,... and I had share it in my instagram account and in pandemic period I watch them again and it was amazing.
Secondly, having social media accounts and being active at their increases the chance of having communication with lots of new people and making new friendships. Also, they can be in touch with their old friends and follow their daily life in the social media. In nowadays' modern life, most of the individuals feel lonely and depress with having social media account and sharing a photo or video others could express their opinions about their photos and it is a great way to making new relationships even from long distances. For example, with creating the social media account and sharing my photos at there I find lots of new good friends and I speak with them sometimes when I do not feel great and one of them, who live in other country, nowadays is one of my good friends.
To sum up, from my vantage point, uploading our photos and videos in the social media is a great idea because of two main reasons. First, people can keep their photos for long time and having a memorable album. Second, social media give them an opportunity to make new friendships and relationships.
