Nowadays many experts believe that one of the most important factors for the progress and prosperity of a country in the long run is the modification and improvement of basic educational systems. Novel descendent of a country will change the future of a country based on their science, technology, and behavior. To some extent, I believe that the modification of basic levels is more important than a higher level and we will see the results of this change in the future.
To begin with, it is an important point that the behavior, ethics, culture and all of the characteristic of children<span class="hiddenSpellError" pre="children "></span> in lower ages so by investing money on improving these main properties a country will have best people in the future. One research in the college of psychology in Chinese university revealed that the children who had better schools and teachers in their elementary school had a higher chance to become prosperous people in their society and they had a chance to control main systematic works in the country. Additionally, children in low age are affected by their adults and teachers which allow them to choose their future characteristic. visiting different teachers in school that are very prosperous and kind simulates them for trying hard to be one person with best behavior and life, therefore, training by best people in schools help them to receive to their best goals.
On the other hand, young students in universities are in the decades of innovating and choosing their future works so they also need to be considered by the government to continue to their educational life. Many of graduated students need governmental support to begin their company which works based on their university science and it will help to society by solving basic problems and full filling basic needs.
in conclusion, by considering all of the above debates, it is very good and constructive for all countries to invest the main budget on educating of children who are in the flourishing age and form their characteristic based on their learning in schools but this attention to young children should not distract government attention from graduate students who need financial support for beginning a professional job.
