TOP 29. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?

To improve the quality of education, universities should spend more money on salaries for university professors.

Teachers are one of the most important groups of the society because they grow up next generations. Among them, the university professors have significant state since they teach the practical issues in science and technology. Now, There is a discussion on the salary of the professor, whether increasing it enhance the quality of education or not. In my way of thinking for improving the quality of education, it is necessary to increase the university professor's salary because not only does it help them to have a better focus on their duty, but also it increases the expects from them.

The first reason which should be stated here is that increasing the professor's salary helps them to do their job better. All people work for providing their life needs. The more money the person earns, the better wealthy life. If people do not get enough money, the financial problems will involve most of their concerns, so they will not be able to do their duty well. Increasing the spent money on salaries of professors result in the reduction of their financial conflicts. It helps them to focus on their responsibilities as a university teacher, and allocate more time for the students. Also. they will be able to fund some practical projects in the university to progress the research. Generally, it enhances the quality of the education in the university.

The other point which deserves some words here is that increasing salary leads to increasing expectations. People usually work as much as they paid. A person in a job position will work harder if he gets more money. In addition, the employer's expectation will increase if he allocates more money to the worker. Spending more money on the professor's salaries results in more expectations, and it would be a force on them to do their job better. Also, it is a kind of motivation for them, they try hard to save their job because they want its money. Currently, many university professors work out of the campus in different positions. By giving them enough salary, to university can prevent them to do off campus jobs, then they will spend more time doing university matters and educations.

To summarize, increasing the professor's salary will result in enhancing the educational quality.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
