You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business Which would you choose to buy

Essay topics:

You have enough money to purchase either a house or a business. Which would you choose to buy?

It is common for people to invest their savings in businesses and other similar projects, especially when their business flourish and provide them with huge profits. It creates a big deal of perplexion between people whether to invest their money in such profit gaining projects, or utilize that in building a house. I will prefer to invest my saving in constructing a house. I explain the reasons for this choice in the following paragraphs.

Firstly, house construction will be a great source of profit with minimum chances of loss. An immense surge in the housing market makes it possible for the house owners to infuse their funds in building new houses. Moreover, renting a place is a perpetual increase in the tenant’s expenses; so, they are investing more in houses and using their incomes in paying the mortgages of their house. For instance, I used to pay a large sum of rent for my apartment, now after buying my new house I use that money in paying my mortgage. It not only releases my tension, but I have also guaranteed that whenever I will sell my house, I will get almost double of the price. Therefore, people tend to invest more in buying houses not only because it will be adventitious but also secure their future.

Secondly, everyone is busy in their life nowadays, that it is arduous for them to take their time for themselves and family. It is the need of the time to have one’s own home where one can spend joyful moments of his life with his family and relatives. For instance, I always wanted to have my house which I can decorate according to my personal preference. I once tried to paint my rooms in my apartment, but I had to face consequences by paying a heavy fine there. Another reason which encourages me to buy my house. In conclusion, businesses can never provide me with such a stress-free and prosperous life.

In a nutshell, it is up to everyone how they want to spend their savings, but I think buying a house will provide their families with memorable moments of life with the sure-fire certainty that they are not ruining their investment, rather multiplying their savings.

---------------------
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
