In this contemporary era, this is the fact that people are indespensible with facilities provided by technology. People are busy with their office and home works so they barely have the time to get good shape. This is the fact that ''If health is gone, everything is gone''. If I have to advise my friend regarding weight reduction i will suggest him to add a healthy diet plan and atleast three days a week. I feel this way for two reasons, which I will explore in the following essay.
To begin with, it would not be an exaggeration to say that the working style definatly affact our health. It could be manifested people working on computer or working continue sitting having more health issue. The best they can do is to control their diet. By replacing good food resources instead of eating high calorie food. By doing so that we can increase our metabolism power. My own experience is the evidence of this. Two years ago,while preparing for competitive exam, i was did ten hours a day. Due to continue sitting i have got 10 kg weight. I did not have enough time to do exercise , so i decided to took care of my diet. I replaced junk food via vegetable and fruits. This really helped me out , so alongwith, my busy schedule i was able to have good health.
