However, the professor explains that nuclear energy has more disadvantages than benefits and refutes the each of the article points by explaining his own reasons.

First, the reading passage states that, fuel that powers the nuclear plants are cheaper than the fossil fuels. The professor discard this point by saying nuclear plans are not cheap compare to other energy sources. He explains that building the nuclear plan take much time and more time means more money. Second, the article posits that the process of creating nuclear energy is relatively safe. However, the professor denies, he state that no matter how we careful, so many times accidents are happens. According to the professor, the incident at the PWR plan in Pennsylvania was the one of the example for the risk that associated with nuclear energy and its rebuild cost was 1 billion.

Third, the reading state that the waste generated by the nuclear energy is effectively managed and reprocessing reduces the high-level waste.
