Summarize the points made in the lecture you just heard, explaining how they cast doubt on the point made in the article

The reading and the lecture are both about how reward system helps to increase productivity among workers. The author of the reading believes that rewarding some workers ia able to increase their productivity, in vertue of competition. The lecturer casts doubt on the claims made in the article. He states that all those methods are able to be disproved.
First of all, the author points out that privileges for some workers are able to increase productivity, because workers will try to get those bonuses. This point is challenged by the lecturer. He says that all rewards are promote punishment, which is able to decline productivity among workers.
Secondly, the author contends that workers, who perform their work the best way, will have some rewards. So this helps to increase motivation for workers. The lecturer rebuts this argument. He suggests that workers do not like to feel that they are manipulated by their superior.
Finally, the author states that this is vital to make the correct rewards system to achieve a high productivity, because people like different types of rewards. The lecturer, on the other hand, posits that due to reward system, workers will start to hide their mistakes and problems, because they will try to avoid a punishment or bad ratings.
In conclusion, i would like to say that there are a lot of reason to install the reward system, but no one of them unproved.
