The professor completely refutes the reading passage. The speaker uses three points to indicate that coummunal online encyclopedias is greatful recours.
Frist, although contributors to a communal online encyclopedia often lack of academic qualifications and usually make errors, it is hard to find encyclopedias without erroes. Also, it is easy to correct the erroes by fixing it rather than paper encylopedias which are not correctable.
Second,even though online enyclopedias gives unscrupulous users and vandals or hackers, the online enyclopedias has power saveing from hackers. It has two stratage to prodict the online enyclopedias. One of them, it is hard to change any things in webs. The aother one, the authority in webs for just users.
Third, it is true the online enyclopedias creates a flse impression of what is imprtant and what is not, but it has limite speace to use. So, it is esay to know what is very important and what is not.
