In other hand, I believe that exercising is he best way to stay fit, when a person exercise daily basis, he does not have to kill his wish. he can consume anything which he want and can then exercise to burn the extra calories. While doing exercise person do different activates without drowsiness and the blood flow will increases
Furthermore, diet is never the best way to stay fit because the food available these days are stuffed with chemicals. Hence, consuming the balanced diet is just like stuffing chemicals in our body, which can never help in staying fit
In conclusion, exercising is a way better and longer lasting solution to lead a healthy lifestyle. people should exercise at least five times a week to stay away from infection and illnesses,
