Dear Sir or Madam,
I am second year student studying Civil Engineering and I am writing to complain about the poor computer facility in our college campus.
Let me explain the situation in detail. I am regular user of computer facilities in our campus for surfing and studying purpose. Until quite recently, I was pleased with this facility which helped me a lot in my previous assignments. However, since past few weeks most of the computers in the laboratory are not working properly and are always on maintenance mode. It is quite annoying and frustrating that I am unable to complete my current assignment due to unavailability of these machines. Thus I left far behind my schedule of completing all the assignments.
I would like to request you to allocate skilled technician and required budget to repair these computers. In addition, try to update all computers with latest Operating Systems and few licensed software’s.
