I am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction with the no service received even after raising the request multiple times for issues related to changing rooms in our sports center.
The changing room ceiling is having leakage which affects adversely in the rainy season. also, there is no fan in rooms because of that it smells very bad. also, some room's door is not able to close and people have to shut it with a bang.
I raised the request one month ago for the same issue, though the management confirmed to me to get it done in the next 10 days. Although it's been more than 20 days no one arrive till now.
As your sports center plays a reputed image in our localities. I want you to pay attention to our issues. As we are a regular member of the sports center and it harms the reputation of a center with these faulty services.
