The figure denotes the proportion of household in owned and rented in two European countries among 1918 to 2011.the survey have done in Wales and England.
In an overview we can observe that rented households witnessed a down word trend during one hundred years ,whereas household in owned experienced a up word trend .They reached same level in the year1971.
First of all ,the discrepancy between rented accommodation and owned one is too appreciable
During the first year ,It is up to 80% for rented house while it is near one-quarter for owned one.
On the other hand , it has an opposite situation in 2011 . The proportion of household in owned is approximately 63% whilst it is less than 40% for rented accommodation. The two bar graphs owned the half of the proportion in1971 but the household in owned accommodation exceed than the other one in 1981 ,in other word ,its rank was exactly60% for owned accommodation but it was 40% for rented one.
All in all , the most peak for household in rented accommodation was just less than 80 percent in 1981 and the top rate for owned accommodation was about 70 percent in 2001.
