Country's leader has main responsibility to raise the growth of country's citizen and bring the country to the better place. Without the growth of the country's citizens, we can not evaluate the effectiveness of country's leader. There are many factors for the evaluation of country's leader effectiveness but this is the main factor among all other factors.
