The bar chart below illustrates the proportion of Australian male and female in some types of age groups who often work out in 2010. It can be clearly seen that women are often participate the exercise than men.

According to the chart, the highest proportion of men who did the exercise is approximately 53 percent in the 15-24 age group, this figure is much more 6 percent as women at the same age. In addition, the lowest percentage of men belong to 35-44 age group with 39.5 percent far 12 percent less than women in the same age group.

By contrast, 35 to 44 ,45 to 54 and 55-64 had the largest percentage of female who did the work out (just over 52 percent) in comparison those figure much more as same age male . Finally, old women at 65 and over group did less exercise than younger group (just above 47,1 percent) and had the equal proportion with old men.
