The given chart illustrates the number of leisure hours spent by women and men in a typical week between 1998 and 1999. Overall, there was more spare time among unemployed and retired status than other groups.
As it observed from the graph, no data has been provided for the part-time job and house staying men but it obviously the male enjoyed ten hours of extra leisure time than women. Unemployed men had just over 80 hours free time compared with 70 hours for female which is the highest amount. Next came to the figures of retired men and women showed same hours with latter category.

According to the graph, full-time employed had less spare time between other status, men and women with 45 and 38 hours respectively. Part-time working women enjoyed approximately 3 extra hours compared with full-time worker. Finally housewives had mildest rank about fifty-four hours of spare time per week, on average.
