The most dominant category of this period is local – fixed line, the data indicates the growth and decrease throughout 7 years. There were about 70 minutes ( in billion ) phone calls made by local – fixed line and this number continued increasing sharply annually to 90 minutes ( in billion) in 1999. Proximately, the amount of telephone calls tended to decline slowly and returned to the beginning point at 70 minutes ( in billion) in 2002.
