The charts below show the main reasons for study among students of different age groups and the amount of support they received from employers.

These bar charts compare the purpose of study among five different range age groups and the proportions of students given support by their employers.

It is clear that the most of younger students study for career, while the majority of senior students trend to study for interest. In addition, the younger students are more easier to obtain employer support than older.

The figure of students who are aged under 26 study to enhance their careers, while only 10% study base on their interest. As the age increase, the proportions of students who study for interest raise notably, and the gap between these two figures trend to close Then the group of students who are aged 40-49 shows the same proportions both around 40%. The proportion of student over 49 age shows the students who study for interest around 70%.

Almost over 60% students who are aged under 26 are provided support by their employers. In contrast with each group, the 30-39 age group is more disadvantaged than other, only around 30% can obtain support. The proportions raise slowly for the older groups, and the figure reach to 40% for the over 49 age group.
