The two bar charts provided reveal the destination percentage of four categories of British graduates and post graduates who did not have full time job after graduation in 2008.
It is evident that in the two graphs, both graduates and post graduates saw a similar destination proportion that most of the majority would seek for further study, followed by part time work. However, the total amount of UK people graduates in each type were far more than that of post graduates.
As of graduates’ destination, about third of students chose further study, amounted to 29.665, while the other went to part time job and unemployment with 17.735 and 16.235 in turn, leaving a very small number of people took part in voluntary work.
Even though the post graduates saw the similar percentage, the number of people in each kind were far more behind the graduates. Those who continued to study further accounted for 2.725, slightly more than those chose part time job with 2.535. The third and the last position of students were unemployment and voluntary work with 1.625 and 345 respectively.
