On the other hand, during 1995 to 2001 austria was the lowest as caused it just purchased books between 30 to 40 million us dollars per year.

However, during 2003 to 2005 italy was positioned as the fourth rank as caused of since 2001 to 2005 austria uplifted its amount of money for purchasing books significantly, attained up to 60 million us dollars in 2005.
