The bar graphs illustrate how many percents of the population who possessed a computer from 2002 to 2010 and the percentage of the computer owners separated by various level of education in 2002 and 2010. Overall, it can be seen that it can be seen that the higher the education level of the people had, the more percentage of computer ownership was and the percentage gradually went up yearly.

Looking at the first chart, beginning at around 58 % in 2002, the percentage of computer ownership slightly grew to over 60 % in 2006. It then witnessed a jump by over one-fourth to around 77 % in 2010.

Turning to the second graph of the 2002 year, being the highest at almost 80 %, the percentage of the postgraduates owning a computer was slightly higher than the group of people with a Bachelor’s degree by around 5 %. The next ranks were the groups of people who were in college, graduated from high school and had no high school diploma at about 60, 40 and 15 % respectively.

With regards to the second chart of the 2010 year, the postgraduate group being responsible for 90 % compared to only about 80 % in 2003. The next highest was the Bachelor’s degree group accounting for almost 89 %, leaving the group of the college student by about 2 % behind. The two lowest high school diploma at about 65 % and 40 % respectively.
