The flow chart depicts the process for HR recruitment. Overall, the process starts by listing down the important requirements essential for the job. Lastly, the process ends by offering a job to successful applicants.

To begin with, in the recruitment process, the recruiter needs to gist down the required documents or information required for the job. Then, the advertisement for job availability is listed on the website, through which the applicant can download the application form. After completion and filling in the right information in the form, the applicant can submit the form. After which the application gets assessed by the examiner. During this assessment, some of the candidates get rejected and are conveyed their rejection through an e-mail.

The rest of the candidates which pass the first screening are invited for an interview. Then according to the availability of the candidate and interviewer the interview takes place. Through the results of interview, some of the candidates are rejected and the decision is informed through an e-mail. The rest of the successful applicants are analyzed and depending upon their quality of intelligence, expariance the top canditades are selected. Finally, thses successful candidates are offered with the job.
