A description of the city hospital's scheme was illustrated in 2 the maps between the 2007 and 2010. it is generally visible that although the both schemes look like similar, but there were some changes during a 3-year period.
With respect to the first map related to the 2007, along to the hospital road in the south of the main building there were 6 bus stops from both sides. however, after 3 years in 2010 these bus stops were totally demolished and a new bus station in the western corner of the road was built. it seems the main goal of construction was to make the public transportation be more centralised and prevent congestion along the main road.
Subsequently, a public car park was settled nearby the hospital in the eastern corner. however, 3 years before the car park encompassed both public and staff parking spots altogether, making the entrance of the hospital to be overflowed. Dividing the car park into 2 independent fields maintained the free and easy entrance to the hospital from the eastern side and the bottom .
Alternatively, 2 roundabouts in the juncture of the hospital road and city road were built letting the public and private cars move easily and avoid the traffic jam around the hospital.
